Meet Grace

Grace Biggs is the founder of The Pilates Collective. She is BASI Pilates trained and a registered biokineticist, having graduated from Stellenbosch University with a B.Sc Biokinetics (cum laude) in 2020. Grace practices biokinetics in Die Boord, Stellenbosch.

Alongside us: Sports Massage

The Pilates Collective is also home to our Sports Massage therapist Miguel Uys. Miguel graduated from Stellenbosch University with BA Sports Science in 2020. He completed his Sports Massage accreditation through EPT in 2021. Miguel also does personal training.
